Analysis of the affected workforce, disruption duration and productive capacity under the stated assumptions.
Increasing your cyber security & data resilience.

OCRR / People resilience
Understand what recovery assumptions mean for employees’ ability to work, additional workload and specialist support. Connect productive capacity with the services your business needs to restore.
What we provide
Your overall OCRR rating is supported by four connected discipline results. These are the areas of information explored within people resilience, with organisation-specific detail developed through Guided.
Analysis of the affected workforce, disruption duration and productive capacity under the stated assumptions.
Findings on practical workaround capacity and the additional work created by response and recovery arrangements.
Visibility of recovery labour and specialist or external support requirements for operational and financial discussion.
From information to decisions
The assessment makes assumptions visible and highlights what needs closer review.
Decision question Who can work, at what capacity and for how long under the recovery assumptions?
Information and evidence to review Affected workforce, access to usable services, duration and productivity assumptions.
Decision question Can alternative ways of working sustain the business activities being considered?
Information and evidence to review Practical workarounds, staffing capacity, service dependencies and additional workload.
Decision question What people and specialist resources do the arrangements depend on?
Information and evidence to review Role ownership, escalation responsibilities, recovery labour and external support assumptions.
Use the findings to challenge staffing and productivity assumptions with operational leaders. Validate practical capacity through exercises and operational evidence.
How the detail develops
A no-cost, five-page Executive Summary within 2 days, including the overall OCRR rating, multi-discipline breakdowns and ratings and financial context. Uses industry defaults; it does not assess your actual environment.
After completing Industry Defaults, build on that starting point, adjusting your organisation-specific information in eight distinct domains (~500 accessible fields). Refine the rating, compare multi-discipline breakdowns and identify improvement priorities. Scope and commercial terms agreed separately.
Build on the Industry Defaults and Guided findings to compare proposed policy, process or technology changes. Our consultants work with members of one or more of your different operational, data, storage, security and financial teams to assess your elevated resilience goals.
An OCRR assessment supports prioritisation. Operational exercises and technical evidence are needed to validate whether arrangements deliver the required outcome.
Four disciplines. One business view.
Every OCRR journey starts with an Industry Defaults Assessment.

Ransomware Data Protection Vendor Spotlight - NeuShield
Synergy Six believe that organisations need an explicit ransomware data protection solution to protect and recover active data, recovery data, and installed device OS and services during exceptional operations.
These solutions should not replace existing security and data backup and recovery tools.
