Which environments does it support?
NeuShield currently supports Windows. Its FAQ specifies NTFS partitions and files on local fixed drives. A Windows-hosted network share is protected by installing on the host and protecting the data locally.
Does it replace endpoint security or backup?
No. Endpoint security delivers a critical function to stop all types of cyber-attacks. NeuShield does not stop the attack, it prevents the attack from compromising the data.

What determines the recovery outcome?
NeuShield agent is installed on the device and is protecting the data. A user can revert their PC/workstation OS/data without use of network connection or backups. Servers can be user recovered or via instruction from the NeuShield portal. No dependencies on external devices, networks or backups determine the recovery outcome.
