Increasing your cyber security & data resilience.

OCRR / Financial resilience
Connect recovery assumptions with recovery expenditure, revenue disruption, liquidity and continuing business commitments. Give finance and operations a shared basis for discussing priorities.
What we provide
Your overall OCRR rating is supported by four connected discipline results. These are the areas of information explored within financial resilience, with organisation-specific detail developed through Guided.
Analysis of recovery labour, specialist support and relevant third-party costs under the stated assumptions.
Context for discussing reduced revenue alongside recovery outgoings and ongoing business obligations.
Through Elevated, compare proposed changes with the Guided position to explore costs, benefits and trade-offs.
From information to decisions
The assessment makes assumptions visible and highlights what needs closer review.
Decision question What resource commitment do the assumed arrangements require?
Information and evidence to review Recovery scope, labour requirements, specialist rates and external support costs.
Decision question How do the affected activities relate to the financial effects?
Information and evidence to review Service relationships, revenue and contribution treatment, duration and possible overlap with productivity effects.
Decision question Can the business fund recovery while meeting ongoing commitments?
Information and evidence to review Available cash, funding access, continuing obligations and finance evidence of actual liquidity.
Decision question Does a proposed change justify further investigation or investment?
Information and evidence to review Comparable assumptions, implementation, transition and ongoing costs, feasibility and evidence of effect.
Use the outputs as decision support under stated assumptions. Modelled differences are not guaranteed cash savings, and a change in rating is not a percentage reduction in financial risk.
How the detail develops
A no-cost, five-page Executive Summary within 2 days, including the overall OCRR rating, multi-discipline breakdowns and ratings and financial context. Uses industry defaults; it does not assess your actual environment.
After completing Industry Defaults, build on that starting point, adjusting your organisation-specific information in eight distinct domains (~500 accessible fields). Refine the rating, compare multi-discipline breakdowns and identify improvement priorities. Scope and commercial terms agreed separately.
Build on the Industry Defaults and Guided findings to compare proposed policy, process or technology changes. Our consultants work with members of one or more of your different operational, data, storage, security and financial teams to assess your elevated resilience goals.
An OCRR assessment supports prioritisation. Operational exercises and technical evidence are needed to validate whether arrangements deliver the required outcome.
Four disciplines. One business view.
Every OCRR journey starts with an Industry Defaults Assessment.

Ransomware Data Protection Vendor Spotlight - NeuShield
Synergy Six believe that organisations need an explicit ransomware data protection solution to protect and recover active data, recovery data, and installed device OS and services during exceptional operations.
These solutions should not replace existing security and data backup and recovery tools.
