Service priorities
Findings on critical business services, ownership and dependencies that shape recovery priorities.
Increasing your cyber security & data resilience.

OCRR / Operational resilience
Connect critical services, continuity priorities and recovery assumptions. See where existing capabilities need attention and what must be validated before relying on them.
What we provide
Your overall OCRR rating is supported by four connected discipline results. These are the areas of information explored within operational resilience, with organisation-specific detail developed through Guided.
Findings on critical business services, ownership and dependencies that shape recovery priorities.
A review of prioritised and whole-estate recovery assumptions, including recovery time objectives and usable service restoration.
Capability gaps and priorities for further investigation, improvement and operational validation.
From information to decisions
The assessment makes assumptions visible and highlights what needs closer review.
Decision question Which activities need attention first, and what do they rely on?
Information and evidence to review Service ownership, application and network dependencies, continuity objectives.
Decision question Will the assumed restoration sequence support usable business services?
Information and evidence to review Recovery plans, RTO assumptions, restoration tests and service-level evidence.
Decision question What can continue while recovery is under way?
Information and evidence to review Workaround capacity, access requirements, staffing and escalation arrangements.
Use the findings to agree recovery priorities with service owners and identify the exercises or evidence needed to establish readiness.
How the detail develops
A no-cost, five-page Executive Summary within 2 days, including the overall OCRR rating, multi-discipline breakdowns and ratings and financial context. Uses industry defaults; it does not assess your actual environment.
After completing Industry Defaults, build on that starting point, adjusting your organisation-specific information in eight distinct domains (~500 accessible fields). Refine the rating, compare multi-discipline breakdowns and identify improvement priorities. Scope and commercial terms agreed separately.
Build on the Industry Defaults and Guided findings to compare proposed policy, process or technology changes. Our consultants work with members of one or more of your different operational, data, storage, security and financial teams to assess your elevated resilience goals.
An OCRR assessment supports prioritisation. Operational exercises and technical evidence are needed to validate whether arrangements deliver the required outcome.
Four disciplines. One business view.
Every OCRR journey starts with an Industry Defaults Assessment.

Ransomware Data Protection Vendor Spotlight - NeuShield
Synergy Six believe that organisations need an explicit ransomware data protection solution to protect and recover active data, recovery data, and installed device OS and services during exceptional operations.
These solutions should not replace existing security and data backup and recovery tools.
